Real has worked for several years as a startup lawyer, first at DLA Piper and later at Atrium and Mayfield Venture Law. Prior to that, Real served for four years as a Signal Corps Officer in the United States Army. Real’s clients as an attorney included numerous startup clients, and Real knows the value of providing great service to his clients.

Kenny has created multiple service businesses, including Delesign which employs over 60 on the team and has serviced thousands of clients across the globe, ranging from startups to publicly traded companies. With these past endeavors, Kenny has firsthand experience delivering quality services to clients and understands what it takes to provide clients with value.

Jeff previously worked for several years as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, before deciding he wanted to pursue a different career path by becoming a real estate appraiser. Jeff brings knowledge of the real estate appraisal field and paired with his legal background, he knows how to complete and produce quality appraisal reports.
